2013 Saw the release of the high-octane debut EP; New Life. Recorded and mixed at the Nott In Pill Studio by Martyn "Ginge" Ford, and Matt Bond - who have previously worked with some of the biggest hitters in metal, including Slipknot, Bullet For My Valentine, Skindred, Trivium, The Dirty Youth, and Revoker; Cry Havoc have worked with some of the best.

Since their formation, Cry Havoc have managed to forge a fierce reputation for their live performances. Including festival appearances at Hammerfest, as well as high profile supports alongside the likes of Firewind (Gus G/Ozzy), The Dirty Youth (at London’s Borderline), The Defiled, Sacred Mother Tongue, Revoker and more; Cry Havoc have cemented their reputation for their live shows as incendiary. "[Cry Havoc] are treating their [Hammerfest] performance as if it were a headlining slot at Wembley.” wrote Dom Lawson in Metal Hammer, after catching their explosive set at the festival.

In 2012 Cry Havoc were personally invited by the The Dirty Youth to open the release show for their new single, at London’s historic Borderline.
"[Cry Havoc] performed with electrifying stage presence, they [are] the new owners of London’s stages, and no one is gonna take that away from them” concluded Hit The Floor, after watching the show.

Cry Havoc have also received great coverage from the likes of Big Cheese Magazine, Metal Hammer, Kerrang, Rocksound, Hit the Floor, Deadpress, Über Rock, and many more.
